INSPE Normandie Rouen – Le Havre settled in the premises of the Faculty of Arts and Humanities of the University of Le Havre at the beginning of the 2014 academic year. The institute prepares students for Master’s Degrees in Teaching, Education, and Training Professions (MEEF). The University of Le Havre Normandie is the partner university of INSPE (itself a component of the University of Rouen).
