Redevelopment of the university site

A requalification of the Lebon university site has been launched.

This project, born from the partnership between Le Havre Normandy University, the City of Le Havre, the Le Havre Seine Métropole urban community and the Normandy Region, offers a glimpse of new developments on the university campus.

The project consists of renovating the public spaces of rue Lebon and the surrounding area of the university buildings in order to:

  • make the campus more visible in the city center;
  • forge closer links between the University and its environment;
  • improve the comfort, accessibility and security of the site;
  • pedestrianize traffic on rue Philippe Lebon.

This renovation, the aim of which is to create conviviality and modernity within the campus, will energize the university landscape and facilitate access for all.
