I left La Roche-sur-Yon at the age of 20 to study in Le Havre on a whim, and was immediately seduced by this city, whose charms are not often extolled. The importance of the city's book policy, which drew me here to study for my BA in Modern Literature, is not insignificant; its streets exude an electric poetry. From one street to the next, two totally different worlds seem to come together to form a city where disharmony forms a whole of unprecedented beauty. When you get there, the walk becomes an adventure at every turn.
